We are a privately run garage with community in mind. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, speed, and efficient at not only an excellent price but within an excellent timeframe!

We at AutoEmpire push to always ‘out do’ ourselves and this is why we always prompt for customers to give their honest feedback either to our staff or through out website – all feedback is taken into consideration and acted upon if reviewed to be progressive for the garage.

Our address is 161 S Farm Rd, Worthing BN14 7BB which is behind PR Car Sales.

MOT tests are required every year, on cars older than 3 years.

You book online, give us a call on 01903 236346 or email us on enquiries@autoempire.co.uk. If you are out and about, feel free to drop in and see us, our doors are open for any questions and queries you might have. 

An average MOT will take somewhere between 45 minutes and 1 hour, but be sure to ask the team if you want a more accurate time for the day that you are wanting to book in.

Complaints Procedure: 

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be time where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure that we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
